On 27th November 2025, the Gold Fields Ghana Foundation celebrated a proud milestone the graduation of 15 trainees under its Community Youth Apprenticeship Program, delivered in partnership with MAC Partners Training Institute (MPTI).
And what a moment it was.
This flagship initiative goes beyond classroom instruction. It represents a bold commitment to youth empowerment, workforce readiness, and long-term community transformation. Through intensive training in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering, participants gained hands-on, industry-aligned skills that prepare them for real opportunities within Ghana’s mining and industrial sectors.
But the real win? Confidence. Capability. Career direction.
At MPTI, we believe technical training should do more than certify it should transform. As an accredited institution, we are proud to serve as a knowledge hub where practical learning, mentorship, and industry exposure turn ambition into employable expertise.
