Finance and Administration Manager – ALQU Rubber

ALQU Rubber and Engineering Solutions is seeking an experienced and highly capable Finance and Administration Manager to join our team. We are entering a strategic phase of growth and require a proactive professional who can establish strong financial and administrative systems to support our long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will lead and manage all core finance and administrative functions, including:

• Financial reporting and analysis
• Budget development and monitoring
• Regulatory and statutory compliance
• Procurement oversight and process improvement
• Payroll management
• Audit preparation and audit readiness
• Establishing systems and structures that support operational efficiency and future investment

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

We are particularly interested in candidates who bring:

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proven ability to design, implement, and strengthen financial and administrative systems (finance, budgeting, reporting, procurement, internal controls)
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements and readiness for future investment processes
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
