Role Summary:
Responsible for integrating schedule, cost, and scope data to provide performance analysis, reporting, and forecasting to management and clients. The role will drive disciplined project controls and reporting practices across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and manage project control systems and KPIs.
• Track and analyze project progress, cost performance, and trends.
• Prepare detailed management and client reports.
• Support change management, risk analysis, and forecasting.
• Coordinate planning and reporting interfaces between disciplines.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management.
• 7–10 years’ experience in project controls within EPC or mining industries.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced Excel and scheduling tools.
• Excellent understanding of earned value management and cost control principles.
General Requirements for All Roles:
• Sound knowledge of engineering, construction, and HSE standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to work on project sites within Ghana and West Africa.
