Role Summary:
Responsible for leading the successful execution of engineering and construction projects from planning to commissioning. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing contractors and resources, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all phases of project execution, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Develop project execution plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage site activities, HSE compliance, and QA/QC performance.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments to ensure effective communication and delivery.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to site teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in EPC or mining projects.
• Proven record in managing multidisciplinary construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills.
